| Reasonable Considerations for the use of Dust Management System "DMS"™
Here is a reasonable consideration when presenting Dust Management system™ that explains why, when all things are considered, "the least expensive and most effective dust control is DMS™".
When a dust control method fails there is nearly always a time of poor dust control as the product begins to fail and then the time of no dust control between the failure and the time of retreatment. In hot , dry times of year it is hours or a day between failures when using water as the dust control treatment. Dust control may fail in weeks when using chlorides. Thus, on a seasonal or annual basis where these types of water-based treatment methods are employed there are dozens or even hundreds of times where dust control at a healthy level does not exist. When dust control is accomplished using DMS™ the times of poor or no adequate control (and thus unhealthy periods) are reduced exponentially thus health issuesare significantly reduced.

The Return on Investment is exponentially increased because for example, every time that you eliminate a water truck from someone's construction site you save them between $60,000 and $75,000 annually.
