Airborne dust has adverse human, health and environmental effects. Dust particles will contaminate waterways and groundwater, stunt the growth of vegetation, increase the wear and failure of machinery, affect visibility and thereby constitute and environmental nuisance.
DirtGlue polymer emulsions are bonding agents specifically formulated to bond soil particles together. Applied to the surface of the soil, DirtGlue forms a protective barrier that produces highly effective control of dust and erosion thereby stabilizing the soil. Mixed into the soil, DirtGlue polymer emulsions create a tough and durable driving surface. |

As water soluble products, DirtGlue polymer emulsions my be applied to environmentally sensitive areas such as wetland buffer zones without having any adverse effects on groundwater. Considering these characteristics, DirtGlue polymer emulsions are a superb alternative to conventional, more harmful methods such as chlorides, lignin derivates or petroleum based products. | DirtGlue Applications DirtGlue products are specially formulated to provide superior bonding when applied to all types of aggregate and soils.
No special equipment is needed to apply DirtGlue products to the soil.
For surface applications, anything that is capable of spraying water can be used, such as pressurized water trucks, agricultural sprayer, hydroseeding equipment, or distributor trucks.
For mixed in applications, some additional equipment for loosening the soil, mixing in the product, and compacting is required.
